DOCUMENTARY

The idea was first conceived a few years ago, a combined film and lighting project to connect the old and new inhabitants of Waterloo. Late 2015 the project took on a whole new significance when the state government announced their intent to redevelop the 6 massive towers and dozens of surrounding buildings, displacing thousands of elderly, disabled and low income people who live here.
